This photo was taken at the re-opening of the historic Bair Drug & Hardware store in Steilacoom,Washington. Jane Light (Bair) is the daughter of Godfrey LeFever Bair who owned the store together with his sister Mary Eudocia Bair. They donated it to the Steilacoom histortical society before their deaths. Joan Lesh (left) in turn is Jane's daughter.Recently the roof had fallen in such disrepair that it need replacement, necessitating a prolonged closer. To celebrate the reopening of the store both Jane Light and her brother Barney Bair served soda's from the old soda fountain to all commers. A good time was had by all.
