OUR ARRIVAL IN GERMANY - SEPTEMBER 10-14, 2008

Ok so we got over the jet lag pretty darn quick. We visited with Susie and Alexa who cooked a wonderful meal for us. That was followed up by a birthday party with the neighbors to which the whole neighborhood showed up. Being from Bavaria the Swaebisch was something to contend with but by the end of the night I was getting the hang of the differences/nuances, and it all started to blend. Beth was in the basement with "Chick" for some time with the other ladies. Good times!!
